How long will it take to get my order?

Colson Health, Inc. processes orders received by 11am PST the same day. Orders received after 11am are processed the next business day. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders placed during this time will ship the following business day. 
When placing an order within the United States, you have shipping choices based preferences. You can choose FREE standard shipping (5-8 business days) with order > $60 , priority shipping (3-5 business days) or express shipping (1-3 business days) at checkout.

 

Shipping Rates

For orders within the United States, when your total exceeds $60 or includes a subscription, you qualify for free standard shipping within 5-8 business days. If you prefer faster delivery, you can choose 3-5 business day priority shipping, which costs $5, or opt for even quicker 1-3 business day express shipping for $13. For orders under $60, standard shipping is available for $9.99, priority shipping costs $12, and express shipping is $18.
Tracking is provided once your order is fulfilled and scanned by the carrier. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be live in each shipping vendors system.
Shipping does not include processing timesPlease note that we cannot be held responsible for any carrier-related issues such as weather-related delays or increased holiday shipping volumes, as these factors are beyond our control.

 

Help! My phone's wallet checked out using an old address.

We cannot cancel orders after they are received including subscription renewals because they are processed immediately (this doesn't mean they are picked up, but processed among hundreds of boxes that cannot be sorted through)and they are waiting on a loading dock waiting to be scanned. We suggest you contact someone at your former address. Email us to change your address in our system for future orders. Please check that all your information is 100% correct before submitting your order to avoid errors. 

 

Help! Tracking shows that my package was delivered but I haven't received it.
Before emailing us, try a few things to help locate your package.
  • Leave a note with your mail carrier in your mailbox ASAP. Your local carrier will remember if a neighbor may have mistakenly received it.
  • Is it possible another family member picked it up?
  • Was there a key in your mailbox? Delivered to a Parcel Locker? 
  • Is it at your apartment clubhouse?
  • Contact your local post office to ask for a record of the GPS scan to show the location it was delivered on the map of your neighborhood. 

International Shipping 

We only ship Internationally to Canada via FedEx. All Canada orders over $85 ship are not charged shipping (you are responsible for broker fees and duties). All Canada orders $84.99 or less ship for a flat rate of $25 which is applied automatically at checkout. (We are not responsible for duty and export fees which USPS and FedEx charge as your items go through customs). FedEx will need you to fill out forms to clear your item through customs. If you fail to do this in 4 days, they will return your box to us. Most international packages arrive in 7-10 business days. Refused boxes are subject to shipping charges( there and back + restocking fees).

Return Policy on Website Orders

For the safety of our customers, once an order is delivered BOOBIE* Bar, BOOBIE* Bears, Pump to the Max™, Protein Bowls, all forms of single-serving BOOBIE* Body shakes, and Bundles (Welcome Kits, Motherloads, Fit Kits) sales are final and not eligible for returns. We do accept returns on unopened (outer safety seal intact) BOOBIE* Body tubs, sealed Hydromom bags, and unused shaker bottles/quenchers. 

Additionally, we have updated our policy to include Passive Pumps, Bralettes and Panties. For hygienic reasons, Panties and Passive Pumps are not eligible for returns. Bralettes can be exchanged, but not returned, provided they have not been worn and are in their original condition with tags attached. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene and safety of our products and customers.

All return shipping charges will be paid by the customer, minus original shipping paid and are subject to a $7 restocking fee. Returns must be received within 14 days and refunds will exclude any shipping fees paid. Shipping charges will apply if the return causes the order to be <$60 and will be subtracted from your refund. We encourage all our customers to use our sampler pack as an option in choosing their favorite flavor(s) or Welcome Kit which includes a "taste" of all our products.

 

Subscriptions

Subscription items will ship automatically unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. By placing this order you are authorizing us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency and quantity you selected. Please cancel recurring orders before they renew because orders cannot be canceled once the order renews. Please refer to our policy or contact customer service to assist you to manage your account at hello@boobiesuperfoods.com.

 

What is Onward VIP Protection+?

We’ve partnered with Onward to provide our customers with carbon neutral shipping protection on future purchases and our 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your purchase. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be protected against lost or damaged packages(does not cover theft).

You’ll also have 30 days after your purchase to try our products with free returns. If you are dissatisfied, Onward will work with us to make it right. Onward covers the subtotal minus shipping of the order on returns of new items and we provide store credits for open products.

Our shipping carriers are notified of delivery issues, if the results of their investigations verify it was delivered correctly no refunds issued, only store credits. Theft is not covered. 

 

How does Onward work?

Onward is an on-demand concierge service that covers our customers in the event they have shipping issues (theft excluded) or are dissatisfied with their first purchase. If you add Onward to your order, we will file a claim with just a few clicks and have the option of receiving a store credit or a reorder based on the type of claim. Your claim will be reviewed for approval within a few hours.
