Ingredients
- 1 scoop BOOBIE* Body Coffee Caramel
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup espresso
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
- Add the brown sugar, rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt to a meal prep container and stir the ingredients together.
- Pour the espresso and milk and mix until combined.
- Cover and place the oats into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
